Ugandan peacekeeper shot dead in darfurkunga
Kampala: A 26-year-old man has died after his group, led by a 26-year-old woman, attacked and killed four Ugandan peacekeepers in Kampala last week, according to witnesses.
"They [the peacekeepers] were not armed," said one witness. "They killed the one who was unarmed because they knew him so well."
The troops were returning from a mission when several attack강릉출장안마ers, a Ugandan policeman and two young women armed with machetes, attacked them.
Some soldiers, including Sergeant William Mwangire and the other peacekeepers, tried to stop them. They tried to flee but ran away, according to the witness. The peacekeepers shot several of the intruders who attempted to escape.
"One of the soldiers솔레어 카지노 saw one woman shoot at the soldiers and fired two shots at her," said a witness, who did not wish to be named.
The man's wife said the woman was pregnant, and when the bullet pierced her, she screamed in pain. She was taken to hospital, and the baby was shot after she was delivered and the mother was released.
On Thursday, three other female peacekeepers died in an attack in the town of Garamba, according to eyewitnesses.
The four soldiers were returning to the base when they began shouting obscenities towards one another, as they drove home in an SUV, at a checkpoint, according to witness Ronyan.
One of the officers came close and fired several bullets into the other woman's back, causing the bullet to go through her stomach, he said. Two other soldiers who were travelling in the SUV also shot at her.
"A total of three women died," said another witness, who asked바카라 룰 to remain anonymous for fear of retribution from the government. "It is so traumatising for the victims' families. They cannot go home to their families."
The attack also left three other peacekeepers injured. One was injured by a bullet from the soldiers, and one suffered minor injuries.
