The Coopers Gap mine is likely to have been hit hard by the coal price surge.

It is estimated it has been damaged by a $8.4m (NZ$13.5m) fall in the value of the Australian dollar which has helped to make its value around $1bn less.

Cooper's decision to go ahead with the mine is just one of a number that could go ahead to meet its target of having 300m tonnes of carbon dioxide sequestered in situ in Australia.

The company said in its submission on Monday that it did not have the necessary technical expertise needed to build the mine.

Cooper said: "We cannot build a mine, it would require a huge amount of new technology and it would require a significant investment of capital and we lack the skills to accomplish this at present, given that all of our current engineering projects are also in development."

It said it would ask the National Electricity Market Authority to consider whether the mine could be exempted in light of its current carbon emission projections.

Cooper sai바카라사이트d that under its current operations level plan, which is forecast to be below 60% of a plant's energy production through the first half of the 21st century, it would have to invest about $20.7m.

The company's proposed operation is an 18,000MW (14,000t) coal-fired power plant to be operational 바카라사이트from the end of next year, with another 13,000MW planned before it is over-budget.

The company said that even if this project was to be axed, another 8,000MW of coal-fired generation would still be needed in total to meet its target.

It also said it did not need a new electricity market to meet its emissions target.

Coopers said it would be in talks with the energy supplier on what the level of power plants, and hence emissions of the CO2 they gen우리카지노erate, should be to meet its targets.

It wants to go to the National Electricity Market Agency to have the power and emissions levels it needs changed by a new process it has proposed for each power plant.

Coopers is also calling on other companies and suppliers, such as water companies, to share more information on their use of coal in Australia to reduce the company's total emissions by around 1.6m tonne
